Our courses are taught by professional childbirth educators with experience helping families navigate the birthing process and beyond. Become equipped with the skills for providing comfort to your partner during labor, learn about the physiology of birth and techniques to ease discomfort, and know how to make informed choices for yourself and your baby. We offer custom, private childbirth education classes in both single and multiple sessions to fit your schedule and needs. We also offer a variety of baby classes prior to birth and after.

HYPNOBIRTHING
HypnoBirthing® – The Mongan Method, will teach you how to access your inner birthing instincts better and trust your body. You will learn hypnobirthing techniques, including affirmation, massage, visualization, breathing, deep relaxation, and self-hypnosis.
5 Week Series, 3 Week Series
LAMAZE
Popularized in the 1950s, the Lamaze technique will help you gain confidence in your ability to birth by helping you understand how to cope with pain in ways that facilitate labor and promote comfort. We will focus on the Six Healthy Birth Practices central to Lamaze, and variety of relaxation techniques, movement, and massage so you can have an empowering, positive birth experience.
Private Class
CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION
Learn the intricacies of physiological childbirth, what to expect as your labor evolves, how to manage pain, and more in five, two-hour sessions. Understanding the big picture can allow fear and anxieties around birth to diminish and enable you and your partner to feel prepared and confident throughout your birth experience.

Our classes can be taken at any time during pregnancy, however, we recommend the late second trimester or early third trimester which allows you plenty of time to immerse yourself in the information prior to birth.
We do not offer refunds if you go into labor before the series ends. We recommend taking a class early enough that that won't be an issue, whatever that looks like for you!

Packages are discounts for our most popular offerings! When you purchase a package, you'll receive a unique code. You can then use that code to sign up for the included classes and workshops!

For the health and safety of our students, Brilliant Births requires COVID-19 vaccination. Proof may be requested. Masks are not required but welcomed.

We strongly recommend that you attend each class in the series. If you will miss one of your regularly scheduled classes, please contact Brilliant Births or your instructor as soon as possible. We will do our best to find another Brilliant Births class that you can attend to learn the information you may have missed. This must happen within the window of time of your original class.
While we will do our best to accommodate you, we can not guarantee that a space will be available in another class for a transfer. No shows will not receive any form of reimbursement. If another class is unavailable, we can offer a private makeup virtual session (up to 2hrs) at an additional fee of $150.00 or an in-person session at the Brilliant Births studio (up to 2hrs) at $175.00.

We know plans change! After sign up, you may cancel up to 7 days before your class and receive 75% percent of the cost back, not including mailed materials. Cancellations within 7 days of a scheduled class cannot be refunded.
We aim to fill our classes, but if there are less than three sign-ups for a class, it will be canceled, rescheduled, or moved to Zoom. If the dates of the reschedule or Zoom don't work with your needs, you will be issued a full refund, minus any mailed course material costs.
Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, the format may change from in-person classes to virtual classes if required by public health guidelines or at Brilliant Birth's discretion. No change in fee will be issued, and no refunds will be given outside of the allotted cancellation policy.
