Current Wellness Offerings

Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga

The class begins with community connection, seated grounding, warm-ups, strengthening standing poses, and restorative cooling poses. It combines gentle stretching, strengthening, and ultimately helps students grow through this transition in their lives. When babies join us in class, we work to include them in the poses that the parent does, whether on their backs, in arms, or feeding/ sleeping.

Craniosacral Therapy

Infant Craniosacral Therapy uses light touch to relax baby’s fascia, similar to massage but much more gentle. This can help with feeding, tension, colic, digestion, and other common newborn issues.

Adult Craniosacral Therapy uses light touch to release tension from the body. It includes meditation, imagery, and other healing practices to leave you relaxed and renewed.

Postpartum Support Group

Our online postpartum support group provides a space for safe, confidential conversation with other recently postpartum individuals. Topics of conversation include adjusting to life with a newborn, birth story processing, navigating postpartum emotions, going back to work, travel with your baby, sleep issues, and more. In a non-judgmental atmosphere, we come together and share what we are going through in order to heal and offer support to others.

Prenatal and Postpartum Massage

A comfortable side-lying treatment supported by pillows designed specifically for the pregnant body. We specialize in deep tissue prenatal massage but can use any pressure desired. 

Relax muscles, increase circulation, and lower stress hormones, bringing physical and emotional relief.

We offer both prenatal and postpartum massage.

Sound Bath for Parents

Led by Megan Kamosi, this session features the harmonious sounds of crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments to facilitate relaxation, reduce stress, and deepen the bond with your baby in pregnancy or postpartum. It's an ideal way to support your transition into motherhood, while also providing you and your partner the opportunity to share a sense of unity, peace, and balance as you journey through this beautiful chapter of life together.
