Each package contains multiple classes or workshops, which are bundled together at a discount.

When you purchase a package, a code will be emailed to you. This code can be used to book the classes and workshops within the package, at a discount.

Simply purchase the classes or workshops within your package as normal. When you get to checkout, use the discount code to get a discount on your booking.

At this time, our packages do not have alteration options. If you would like to request an option for us to add in the future, we would love to hear your request!

For the health and safety of our students, Brilliant Births requires COVID-19 vaccination. Proof may be requested. Masks are not required but welcomed.

If you are unable to attend one of the classes in your package, we are unable to offer partial package refunds. For further questions, please see our cancellation and change policy, or get in touch!

For Series Classes: We strongly recommend that you attend each class in the series. If you will miss one of your regularly scheduled classes, please contact Brilliant Births or your instructor as soon as possible. We will do our best to find another Brilliant Births class that you can attend to learn the information you may have missed. This must happen within the window of time of your original class.

While we will do our best to accommodate you, we can not guarantee that a space will be available in another class for a transfer. No shows will not receive any form of reimbursement. If another class is unavailable, we can offer a private makeup virtual session (up to 2hrs) at an additional fee of $150.00 or an in-person session at the Brilliant Births studio (up to 2hrs) at $175.00.

We know plans change! After sign up, you may cancel your entire package to 7 days before your first class and receive 75% percent of the cost back. Cancellations within 7 days of a scheduled class cannot be refunded.

Partial package cancellations are not accepted. If you are unable to attend a class or workshop contained in your package, we are unable to offer a refund.

We aim to fill our classes, but if there are less than three sign-ups for a class, it will be canceled, rescheduled, or moved to Zoom. If the dates of the reschedule or Zoom don't work with your needs, you will be issued a full refund, minus any mailed course material costs.

Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, the format may change from in-person classes to virtual classes if required by public health guidelines or at Brilliant Birth's discretion. No change in fee will be issued, and no refunds will be given outside of the allotted cancellation policy.
